She's worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, helping them to improve their company, especially when they are experiencing rapid growth. She has served as a thought partner helping to transform business and human resources strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing managing performance and organization, employee engagement, and managing change. She's passionate about learning and envisions leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive advantage. The vast experience she has gained with small and mid-size companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has helped cultivate organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals teams as well as organizations. Annmarie is committed to helping Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time supporting other non-profit organizations.
